The Indian Foreign Qualified Lawyers Association (IFQLA) is a proposed network for lawyers admitted, licensed, enrolled, or called to practise in one or more foreign jurisdictions.

As India's engagement with global trade, investment, and cross-border legal services grows, so too will the demand for internationally qualified legal professionals. Yet, there is currently no dedicated platform bringing together foreign-qualified lawyers in India.

IFQLA aims to foster networking, collaboration, continuous learning, referrals, and knowledge sharing among foreign qualified lawyers, while also supporting engagement with international legal organisations and contributing to discussions on transnational legal issues relevant to India.

We are currently building this initiative and invite expressions of interest from foreign-qualified lawyers interested in becoming members, founding participants, or contributors.
